Yes they are original products of RAHGEER. We sell impressions of designer fragrances. 

 We offer premium quality impressions of designer fragrances at Rahgeer. Our perfume oils are crafted with the finest ingredients to create unique, inspired aromas that you’ll love.

Rahgeer competes with designer brands but does not use their original fragrances and is not affiliated with the designer brands or their manufacturers. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. We adhere to the Competition Commission of Pakistan’s Act and Policies.

At Rahgeer, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused (no more than 10% of the total quantity used) and undamaged.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. You will also be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your bank/cash app account.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

The longevity of each perfume varies based on factors such as the application area, season, and the amount applied. The duration of the fragrance is specified in the performance section of each product.

Both the oil and spray versions are crafted with the same fragrance. Roll-ons are concentrated perfume oils, so they should, in theory, have the same scent. However, the way each version interacts with your body chemistry can affect how it smells on your skin.

Both online shopping and buying from physical stores come with their own set of benefits. When shopping online, you have the advantage of browsing through various perfumes, reading reviews, and exploring their scent notes. Plus, with our flexible exchange and return policy, you can easily return or exchange a product if it doesn’t meet your expectations—all from the comfort of your own home.

It is not possible to create perfumes without using alcohol, our spray has alcohol in it.

It depends and varies perfume to perfume. However, the average concentration is 35% which is the maximum possible.

Perfume should always be stored in a cool, dark place, as exposure to sunlight can trigger chemical reactions that alter its scent. This can also affect the fragrance’s sillage and projection, making it smell and perform differently.

So far, we have not received any such complaints from our customers. However, we recommend performing a patch test before applying the fragrance to ensure compatibility with your skin.

Alcohol itself is not inherently impure and is widely used in medicines, perfumes, detergents, and other beneficial applications. The prohibition in Islam pertains to the consumption of liquor (khamr), which is derived from the fermentation process involving sugar, alcohol, and water. Since alcohol used in perfumes is not produced through fermentation, it is permissible. Therefore, the use of perfumes containing alcohol, regardless of the concentration, is not prohibited, and namaz (prayer) will still be accepted.

Yes, we offer the option for cash on delivery. However, for orders over 15,000 rupees, we require an advance payment of 50% of the order total. This helps ensure a smooth delivery and a successful transaction for both parties.
